The service

CoinMarketGuy provides cryptocurrency market data, analysis, scanner signals, prediction tools, and related features. Some features are free, some require an account, and some require a paid plan. The site is provided as-is and may change at any time. We may add, remove, or modify features without prior notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Do not share accounts. Do not create accounts under false identities or to evade bans. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other users.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Resell or redistribute live data feeds without written permission.
• Use the site to break the law or to manipulate markets.

Paid plans

Where a paid plan exists, the price, billing cycle, and what is included are listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing support.

Content

Articles, designs, brand assets, and code are owned by CoinMarketGuy or licensed to it. You can quote and link to articles. You cannot copy substantial portions of the site or republish them as your own. Market data shown on the site comes from third-party providers and is subject to their terms.

No warranty

The site, including data, analysis, and tools, is provided as-is and as-available without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. See the disclaimer for the limits of any market data or analysis you find here.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CoinMarketGuy and Guy Asaraf are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits, or data loss, arising from your use of the site.
